VSO Media Player includes playlist support, alternative video and audio streams (useful for Blu-ray and DVD discs), subtitles and image optimization by tweaking brightness/contrast and saturation/gamma. The advanced features aren't very comprehensive, but include the ability to enable CUDA hardware acceleration, multi-processor and enable/disable GDI as opposed to Direct3D. The settings of VSO Media Player can change various aspects of the program including interface customization and fading, file associations, language setup and advanced features. The interface of the program is pretty simple and not unlike Windows Media Player with a right-click menu that provides access to opening files, selection of video streams and the toggling of subtitles. VSO Media Player is a program that can play various types of video files including 3GP, FLV, MOV along with DVD and Blu-ray video discs. Play videos, blu-rays and audio files with no external codecs needed.
